About AICyberLex Nexus
AICyberLex Nexus (ISSN application in progress) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, multidisciplinary law journal founded in 2026. The journal provides a scholarly platform at the intersection of emerging technology and law — including artificial intelligence law, cyber law, and data protection — while also welcoming rigorous research on contemporary legal and socio-legal questions more broadly, such as labour rights, social security, human rights, and public policy.
The journal was established on the conviction that legal scholarship must evolve alongside the technologies and social structures it seeks to regulate. Our inaugural issue reflects this breadth, bringing together 42 peer-reviewed articles on employment rights and social security in India's unorganised sector, alongside emerging work on artificial intelligence and skill development.

A Note from the Founder
AICyberLex Nexus began as an effort to give researchers — particularly students and early-career scholars — a credible, well-edited home for legal writing that engages seriously with technology, governance, and social justice. We are proud to publish work that bridges doctrinal rigour with real-world relevance.
Pawan S S holds an LL.M. from the National Law University, Delhi, and currently serves as Domain Professional (Legal) at the UGC Legal Cell, Ministry of Education, Government of India, where he analyses and processes writ petitions filed against the University Grants Commission across the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts of Delhi, Kerala, Bombay, Telangana, Gauhati, and Calcutta — drafting counter affidavits, formal file notings in eOffice format, and advising on jurisdictional questions under the UGC Act, 1956.
He has served as Project Coordinator and Field Investigator for an ICSSR (Indian Council for Social Science Research) project conducted in collaboration with the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), and the Karnataka Labour Ministry, and is the founder of Art of Law, a free legal education platform focused on accessible legal education, including AI and cybersecurity awareness. He is also the Global Campaign Leader behind a Millennium Ocean Prize-winning initiative that received a USD 5,000 grant for lake rejuvenation work in Karnataka.
His academic and professional recognitions include the Student of the Year award, the Best Delegation and Coordination Award at the Zero To One Social Enterprise Challenge (Christ Incubation Center), and two Best Paper awards — for "Cyber Insurance in Metaverse: Protecting Virtual Assets against Emerging Cyber Crimes and Legal Challenges" at The Tamil Nadu National Law University, and "AI, Employment Displacement, and Cybersecurity: Legal Frameworks for Mitigating Impact on Indian Workers" at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). He has authored "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Insurance Industry and Related Legal Issues" (Chanakya Law Review, Vol. IV, Issue II). He has previously held leadership roles including Convenor of the Environmental Law Studies Committee at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), University Student Council Head, Campus Director for the United Nations Academic Impact Millennium Fellowship, and President of his Rotaract Club.
