Founder and Editor-in-Chief of AICyberLex Nexus. Holds an LL.M. from the National Law University, Delhi, and currently serves as Domain Professional (Legal) at the UGC Legal Cell, Ministry of Education, Government of India, handling litigation before the Supreme Court and multiple High Courts on matters concerning the University Grants Commission. Previously served as Project Coordinator and Field Investigator on an ICSSR-funded research project conducted with CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and the Karnataka Labour Ministry, and is the founder of Art of Law, a free legal education initiative on AI and cybersecurity. Recipient of the Student of the Year award, two Best Paper awards at national conferences on cyber law and artificial intelligence, and recognised as a Millennium Ocean Prize-winning Global Campaign Leader for environmental rejuvenation work in Karnataka.

Dr. Sunita Siwach

A distinguished higher education administrator, academic, researcher, and policy leader serving as Joint Secretary at the University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education, Government of India. She is a Fulbright–Nehru Senior Research Scholar at Harvard University and holds a PhD in Psychology. With extensive experience in higher education governance, she has led initiatives involving NEP 2020, digital education, ODL/online learning, Institutions of Eminence, and quality assurance, and has played a significant role in national initiatives including CUET, UGC-NET, RUSA/PM-USHA, student welfare, mental health, and anti-ragging programmes. A prolific researcher and author, she has authored three books and over 20 research papers in academic journals and edited volumes.

Dr. Shampa Dev

Professor at the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. She teaches and researches in the areas of jurisprudence, legal research methodology, public law, critical thinking, and artificial intelligence and law. Her academic work explores the relationship between law, technology, justice, and classical Indian jurisprudence. She has led externally funded research and capacity-building projects supported by institutions including the ICSSR and the National Commission for Women, and is engaged in curriculum development, interdisciplinary research, international academic collaboration, and mentoring emerging researchers. Her current projects include scholarly books on property and artificial intelligence, ancient Indian jurisprudence, and critical thinking for general readers.

Ashwin Kunal Singh

Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru, with more than seven years of teaching experience since 2019. He holds a Master's degree in Corporate and Commercial Laws as well as a Master's degree in Sociology, and is currently pursuing his PhD in the area of Competition Law.
