Publication Ethics & Policies

Peer Review Policy

AICyberLex Nexus follows a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers and authors remain anonymous to one another throughout the review. Editors make final publication decisions based on reviewer recommendations, originality, methodological rigour, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Plagiarism & Originality

All submissions are screened for plagiarism prior to review. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 15% (excluding references and quotations) are returned to authors for revision or rejected. Submissions must be original and not simultaneously under consideration elsewhere.

Authorship & Contributorship

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work. All co-authors must consent to submission, and any changes to authorship after submission require written agreement from all listed authors.

Conflicts of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could be perceived to influence the research or its review.

Open Access & Licensing

All articles published in AICyberLex Nexus are made freely available under an open-access model. Unless stated otherwise, content is published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence, permitting reuse with appropriate credit to the author(s) and the journal.

Corrections & Retractions

AICyberLex Nexus follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for handling allegations of misconduct, corrections, and retractions.

Data & Privacy

Personal information collected during submission and review is used solely for editorial purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent.
